(1) - Tents or non-breathable groundsheets on grass must be moved after 7 days
(2) - 2-man hike tents without EHU do not incur the additional £5.00 per night tent charges

(4) - Maximum area of tent - 35 sq meters (e.g. 5m x 7m = 35sq m or 4m x 6m = 24sq m)
(5) - Maximum width of awning - 3 metres from the side of the van

Deposit: £40.00 per booking per unit (10% of booking if the total is over £400.00), This is not refundable or transferable in the event of cancellation or postponement.

There are no extra charges for water and drainage on the pitches, showers, hot water, hair dryer, Wifi, freezer blocks, microwave, fishing, loan of TV cables, copies of walks & drives, mill tours, visitors, and your welcome drink.

We ask campers to arrive after 11.00am, and to leave by 11.00am, but if space permits, there are no extra charges for late leavers that have been agreed.
